In this high performance, mission critical environment, anticipation of, immediate awareness of, and quick reaction to any systems and trading issues is essential. That’s where you come in. You will be responsible for preventing issues and mitigating and resolving any ongoing system and infrastructure. You’ll act as the first line of defense to and be the subject matter expert to ensure 99.99% uptime.
You will also manage, test, and implement new initiatives to improve infrastructure performance and deliver higher service levels to clients.
You will interface with all our technology partners, our data partners and other external parties to ensure high performance and compliance.
